If you are wanting to update your home prior to taking it to market, I would love to consult with you on where to best spend your renovation budget to get the most return on your investment, and help you pick your finishes for what will help your home sell fast and for the most money. 

Whether your home has a few dead spaces that need some attention,  you've got shelving that needs styling, or you just need some freshening up, my staging services will make your home look its best for pictures and showings.

Once your home is staged, we'll bring in a professional real estate photographer to capture your home looking it's best, including aerial shots. If your home is valued at more than 1M, you'll also receive a Matterport Virtual Tour at no additional cost to you.

Getting your home on the market is a big first step, but there's still a lot of work to do. I field all inquiries about your property, manage your showing schedule, present all offers, and negotiate for your best interests. I also keep track of all deadlines and to-dos to get you to the closing table.

Every homeowner is different and has unique needs. I work closely with my brokerage, real estate attorneys, title and escrow professionals, and loan officers to strategize the best possible situation with your home sale.
